Position Title: Data Architect for Finance Sector

Responsibilities:
- Work with the customers from the Finance sector as a Consultant/Advisor on their RDBMS system transformation, RISC to x86, building new RDBMS or on Big Data project - provide professional business consultancy, system solution proposals, as well as project management and planning support.
- Provide financial IT industry insights and trend analysis, help the customers to achieve their IT architecture, solution selection and project management goals - demonstrate thorough knowledge of the financial industry technology trends and customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with customer's CxO level and VIPs, provide business and IT strategic consultancy and guidance, conduct projects objective and requirement analysis, as well as supporting solution appraisal and decision-making process.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Hold Bachelor degree or above.
- 15+ years of working experience in the IT industry, 10+ years of working experience with Database products development, data structure and system architecture design, DB systems operation for financial mission-critical databases.
- Familiar with the financial industry business and technology development trends, has rich experience and understanding of the IT technology transformation, business and data workflow, data mining and analysis solution in the finance industry.
- Expertise in Oracle DB, DB2, MySQL and other mainstream database technology.
- Able to analyze and assess the technical theories and architecture, nical different RDBMS databases, MPP databases, data database and data computing technologies principles, advantages and shortage, business and application scenarios,
- Able to provide customized solutions design and project consultancy based on the customer project requirements.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation and communication skills in English (Chinese preferred).
