Responsibilities
1. As a consultant, the role provides pre-sales support, including customer communication, designing talent development solutions based on customer requirements.
2. As a delivery representative role, involved in the project delivery, including conducting survey, writing survey reports, designing implementation solution, leading consulting team implementation, etc. output the deliverables based on Huawei's customer and Huawei s quality criteria
3. As a development representative role, involved in the competence consulting service product development based on Huawei related process and quality criteria

Required Experience and Education:
- Successful experience in a similar role managing enterprise-wide initiatives
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Master's degree or higher preferred in, instructional/learning design, human resource development, educational technology, communications or a related field
- At least 8+ years' experience in learning/ICT industry as HRD or consultant
- English: Fluent
