This is a great opportunity to join an international environment working from Krakow. The role is a Customer Service role working with Support System Application & Solution activities through ticket escalation.
The role will also include everything from training activities to guiding and monitoring queries as well as analytical reporting and management related to transactional activities.
Any experience with Oracle (IProdcurement) and Ariba buyer would be a great advantage.
Other responsibilities will include KPI Reporting, Data Management for procurement applications, perform Audit Checks, setting up catalog, support other Procurement related process and tools query.
Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical problem solving as well as good customer service exposure and ability to work independently are important areas.
English - proficient in written and spoken is mandatory for this role, other languages are an added advantage.
