We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in China.

Position Title: Senior Network Planning and Engineering Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Provide operator network planning, deployment and optimization consulting service.
- Responsible for operator network service solution architecture design (wireless and IP network service solution) such as Service experienced oriented network architecture design, E2E network planning and deployment.
- Operator business process design and creative delivery model, to help network deployment and improve efficiency; through detailed analysis of operator process, output the optimization suggestion .
- Following the network technical development trends, provide the suggestion for future planning and deployment architecture design solutions.
- Analysing the current operator tool system architecture of network planning and deployment service, provide the suggestion for tool mapping.
- Identify and analyse the key planning and deployment service requirement from the valued operator; be responsible for the service development and optimization.
- Frontline support for service bidding projects, support technical presentations and workshops.
- Customize the network planning, deployment and optimization service solutions based on operator request;c be responsible for competitiveness of the solution.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Familiar with MBB technology, such as 2G, 3G, 4G, 4.5G, IP Transmission; Service experienced, network planning and deployment oriented.
- Minimum 10 years of operator network planning, investment plan and decision, planning and deployment experiences (include wireless and IP network service solution architecture development experiences), and at least 5 years consulting experiences.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, able to communicate with CXO, successful planning and deployment service solution presentation and promotion background.
- Excellent telecom industry work background, such as network planning and design, solution architecture design, consulting service in main ICT vendors or operators.
- Experience in leading large-scale wireless and IP network planning and deployment delivery.(more than 1000 sites)
- Familiar with industry wireless and fix network planning and optimization delivery, pre-sale support, consulting workflow and methodology.
- Good at producing and delivering presentations.
- Bachelor degree and above in Computer Science, Telecom, Electrical Engineering or relevant fields.
- Fluent English, Chinese is highly preferred but not mandatory.
