Description
Pre - Sales Engineer Network Security required for ongoing pre - sales tasks, and provide technical assistance to Account Managers, Sales Engineers and other members of field sales teams of OEM and Channel partners for driving product sales.
Day to day support will include -
*Work with field sales teams of OEM & Channel Partners to position appropriate networking solutions and establish value proposition in a competitive environment
*Educate field sales staff on technical capabilities and features of proposed products
*Develop over all technical & communications competency for successful pre-sales technical support to field sales organization
Candidates should have the following -
*Good understanding of IT Security concepts
*Knowledge and experience of working with Cisco Security products like NGFW, EP Security (AMP), CSACS, Cisco ISE, etc.
*Knowledge of security products from other OEMS like Pal Alto, checkpoint, etc. desired but not mandatory.
*Must have similar experience in providing significant technical contribution to sale/pre-sales activities
*Sales/Pre-sales level Knowledge of IT networking & infrastructure products, software and trends.
