Senior IT Improvement/Quality Assurance Consultant (ITIL/Quality Control) #
Helsingborg/Älmhult , Sweden (remote/off-site work possible; some travel required outside the primary working site)
Start date: /Duration: 8 months initially
Role
We have a contract opportunity available for several Senior Improvement Specialists to assist in the Quality Gate team for a project in Helsingborg/Älmhult, Sweden.
Responsibilities:
- Provide structure, methods, templates and general means to those in charge of implementing improvements within IT Operations
- Work hands-on in the line organisation to enable identification and implementation of improvements in order to reach agreed goals
- Secure that process improvement opportunities are directed to responsible Lead Process SME. Facilitate meetings, workshops and training
- Maintain and develop the improvement methodology toolbox at IT Production
- Lead by example in providing cost efficient and high quality services
- Securing the quality of deployments into test and production environments
- Follow-up on process maturity
- Be a part of Quality Gate Decision meetings (QGDM)
- Communicate requirements and assist change initiators within the deployment area.
- Developing the Quality Gate function
Required Skills
- Wide holistic technical background
- ITIL/process knowledge
- Understanding of test process and methods
Nice to have:
- Knowledge in Remedy (iDesk) or similar tool is a merit.
- Experience of working with large IT landscape and global organizations

The contract has an initial duration of 7 months.
