Description
Our client, a large financial organisation based in Edinburgh, is looking for a high level VRealize Automation Engineer. Our client has been investing heavily in bringing all their systems up to date and are looking to bring their working practice and platforms in line with modern practices. Due to a need to implement a new private cloud service our client has identified a VRealize Automation Engineer who has experience creating automated workflows.
This is a flagship project for our client with an opportunity to redefine the way IT runs throughout the organisation. The successful candidate will gain exposure to cutting edge cloud technologies that are not yet used in the wider market.
Must haves
VRealize Automation & Orchesteration:
- Creating automated workflows.
- Working on current workflows to customise and automate them.
Vsphere:
- Management and creation of objects
- General day to day use of VSphere product.
Desirable
Private Cloud Solution:
- The infrastructure will be migrated onto an Private Cloud solution so any experience with either would be beneficial but not essential.
Previous experience
- Financial Services Experience would be highly advantageous although not essential
Interpersonal skills
- Must be able to self-manage and work in a proactive manner. Someone who is always looking to impact the project in a positive way and not just doing the technical work that they need to get done.
