Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Functional Lead - Ariba P2P professional for a multinational client in The Netherlands.
The Regional Functional Lead is a critical leadership role for Program Maestro. Program Maestro is a transformation of the Procure to Pay process and enabling technologies (ARIBA/SAP and Lexmark) to a best in class level in conjunction with the broader FSS, CSSP Functions and in cooperation with IT, Plant Operations, CBS and the Business. Project management Activities:
Submit status report
Co-ordinate with PMO and other teams to manage project plan
Manage and lead functional team and work distribution
Support CCE Lead with execution of change plan; promote process change in organisation; lead in managing stakeholders as needed
Support Program Sponsors, Project Manager and HR in identification and staffing of Subject Matter Experts and
Regional Project Team; engage part time SME's as required
Direct Project Management responsibility for Regional Project Team: onboarding, task allocation, day-to-day work direction, goal setting, one-on-one discussions, and support
Design Phase:
Identify workshop participants
Manage stakeholders
Review content/presentations for workshop and design validation session
Review and approve business requirements
Review and presnet FIT GAP to leadership
Reivew and Sign-off deliverables
Prepare process flow and end-to-end design document
Lead BU/FN participation for respective process area;
Lead requirement gathering for your area and where integrated support is required, lead prioritization of identified gaps including impact assessments, keep Process Sponsors engaged and informed;
Work with Project Manager to involve additional business resources (SME's,future Regional Project Team) as required
Facilitate business sign-off (Process Sponsors & Project Manager) of agreed scope at conclusion of phase

Duration: 12 to 24 months
