Technical Clerk
Birmingham
£20-25p/h Ltd

Joining this global name at an exciting time of site development you will utilise your previous building services and construction expertise to coordinate, manage and administer all technical documentation related to a site move.

You will establish a building documentation change history process and consolidate all existing building information provided by all stakeholders (main building contractor, fit out and move contractors).
Tracking and managing all documentation issued by the move contractor and coordinate information in a succinct and accessible format, you will be integral in the site move activity.
Using your competency within CAD you will create site working drawings mapping internal layout including plant, equipment and specialist areas as well as mapping energy meters to equipment.

Candidate
With experience as a Technical Clerk or Project Administrator you will have experience in large scale site move, building services or construction projects and be familiar with building and construction documentation.
You will be organised, proactive and able to effectively liaise and coordinate across multiple stakeholders and devise effective record keeping, tracking and monitoring processes.
In addition ideally you will have some CAD knowledge to be able to produce basic site drawings and engineering plans.
