We are an Innovative digital agency based in London, UK specialising in bespoke web development of websites and web applications.
We’re a semi-remote team of 12 Developers, Designers and Account Managers – currently looking for a SEO and Marketing Manager to join our growing team. We work with some of the greatest brands and multi-million pound global businesses.
Key Responsibilities
SEO
Define and execute SEO strategy to drive traffic for new customer acquisition, track SEO specific KPIs to monitor performance and understand which initiatives drive revenue and influence customer behaviour, work closely with the website development team to implement technical and onsite SEO best practice, improve outreach and link building activities, optimise copy and landing pages
Bringing new ideas
work closely with our team to come up with creative new ideas to bring in new customers and keep existing ones. Take an idea from planning through execution to measuring results = get things done.
Production
Help & lead initiatives to create and support production of marketing content (e.g. customer videos, case studies, blog posts etc.), work closely with our team as well as external agencies and freelancers including design, copywriting, PR, video and photography in order to execute marketing campaigns on time and budget
What we’re looking for – skills and experience
- You have strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process
- You have a thorough knowledge of search ranking factors and critical updates
- You have an experience working with WordPress CMS
- Competence with a range of industry-standard SEO tools
- You’re passionate about marketing
- You’re inventive, you know that smart marketing does not require an enormous budget, but a creative mind
- The ability thrive in a fast paced environment and move quickly to seize opportunities and make things happen
