Working in partnership with a market leading organisation we are looking to appoint an interim Senior Data Architect. The position is to work in a fast paced BI Development function as the go to Data Architect in the function.
The role has responsibility for architecting high level logical designs, managing a team of designers and owning the overall architectural designs that are passed down to the Developers.
The role holder will be seen as a fountain of knowledge and will help coach and mentor more junior members of the team. We are looking for someone who has a wealth of experience in logical MI/BI architecture using Kimball methods, excellent stakeholder management experience in large scale organisations in fast paced delivery environments.
It is expected that applicants have had some man management experience previously and are happy to do so again (for clarity this is management of a team for delivery in an Agile environment).
This is a senior position that works closely with the Head of department and other senior stakeholders so excellent communication skills are a must.
