Business Process Manager - Telco - 1 year extendable contract - Rate negotiable - Milan

The ideal candidate will have very good knowledge of fixed line into enterprise.

The Business Process Lead works closely with the customer, the onsite and the offsite team to manage all activities in regards of preparing the business user groups and units of the customer to use the functionalities and features. The Business Process Lead must be an excellent communicator, tactful diplomat, problem solver and out of the box thinker - with the ability to understand and respond to customer and business needs in rapidly changing business environment.

Responsibilities include:
Leading a team of consultants to manage requirements, business process scoping, optimization and integration.
Providing End-To-End Process Management services that align business requirements with people, organization and system functionality
Leveraging Consulting methodologies and consulting intellectual property to achieve business objectives and deliver consulting engagements.
Supports the sales process by leveraging experience and business insights to help the customer understand the value that my client provides through its consulting and software solutions.
Engaged with my client and Customer various stakeholders to design & support detailed Business Scenarios, Process, Rules, Manual Fallouts and Procedures
Align and promote P&BS business process methodology which is aligned to market standards and
Implement and constantly update my clients Business Process methodology, tool-supported analysis, design, and modelling techniques.
Facilitate and Lead the business requirements and solution mapping workshops with my client and Customer stakeholder.
Facilitate Solutions Design Walkthroughs and obtain Business approval, ensuring business inputs such as processes, GUI and reporting requirements are available and validated with all key impacted users.
Working closely, onsite, with the customer's business stakeholders to perform business readiness and impact analysis (as result of implementing my clients solutions) and supporting the business deployment activities throughout the project and business transformation life cycle.

Requirements:
Telecom Business process knowledge in the fulfilment and assurance domains
eTOM framework knowledge and expertize
Comprehensive commercial awareness of the company's products and services as compared to competitors.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Telecommunications industry and hands on experience in designing the telecom processes.
Readiness for high availability for working on customer's site and/or flying at ~75% ratio.
Broad Knowledge of Telco markets and technologies.
Experience in identifying sales leads and opportunities resulting in revenue growth
Experience in tasks related to sales cycles and in sales-related activities (RFPs, RFIs)
Ability to apply relationship management skills and to be able to build and own client and stakeholder relationships at various levels.
Ability to interpret complex technical information and present to stakeholder management level audience.
Ability to have the robust/difficult conversations with customer, third party suppliers and stakeholders.
