Description of work:
- Manage procurement contracts within different categories, in order to assure an efficient procurement
- Support the Category Managers in areas according to their respective workload
- Manage contracts and sourcing in various spend categories through a network of suppliers in order to ensure that business objectives are met
- Support category managers peers in the selection of suppliers, tendering process, correspondence and supplier administration.
- Maintain good relations with internal customers (within Procurement and the business) and suppliers
- Actively contribute in building a high performing professional procurement department across all categories and discipline
- Collaborate with other category customers and the entire procurement team to create an integrated procurement process and organization interface
- Initiate ideas to improve overall working of category and procurement processes
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in Facilities & Central services preferred but not essential
- Experience with low to medium complexity
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in working in cross-functional project teams
- Capable of working under pressure and keeping focus on the best corporate solution
