Harvey Nash is looking for an experienced Internal Communications and Engagement Lead to join our client in London.
The purpose of the role is to ensure high quality delivery of engagement strategies, key announcements, internal news, change programme communications, employee updates, internal campaigns and events. The role will work independently to resolve complex queries, and is responsible for driving continuous improvements against key measurement criteria. You will operate as lead on the scoping, facilitation and planning for key Internal Communication and Engagement activities and you will work closely with senior business leaders.
Essential skills:
. Experience of introducing new digital communication channels as well as experience with BAU communication
. Ability to analyse and contextualise complex issues, identify key points to be addressed and develop effective, practical and simple plans to resolve problems
. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present clear and concise professional communications to range of audiences
. Strong track record in event planning and management
. Confidence in using a wide range of digital and social media
. Confidence and strong track record in managing relationships with a wide range of senior stakeholders
. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
