Are you a motivated & enthusiastic person that is eager to learn and are used to work in an international environment? Then this is the role for you.
You will be part of the Network Integration Team (Data-com Network Division) and will be responsible for all technical support such as:
* Project deployment: operate equipment commissioning, testing, migration, low-level design, site swap, system acceptance .etc.
* Maintenance Support: providing maintenance support compliant to Maintenance support procedure and give customer technical support according to customer service level agreement.
* Pre-sales support: support the service solution and network HLD design
* Product proof of concept test: make test cases and define issue-reporting schedule
* 3+ years of experience as a Datacom Technical Support Engineer
* Experience with equipment from Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, NSN, Ericsson, Redback etc.
* CCNP or preferably similar kind of certificates from Juniper or Cisco.
* Work experience with the following technologies/protocols: IP, GE, MPLS, MPLS-TE, BRAS/BNG, MP-BGP, LDP, RSVP-TE, PPPoE/IPoE, L3 VPN, ETH-trunk, OSPF, QoS
* Knowledge of Scripting and databases would be an advantage
* Able to work under stress
