Duration: Initial 6 week scoping and fact finding + Implementation period
Our client is a large financial services organisation who are currently reviewing the suitability of their IT Asset Management solution and processes. It is likely that a completely new IT Asset Management solution- Business practices; processes, systems, problem management, change management, strategies, data flows etc will need to be implemented. We require a strong IT Asset Management SME/Managing Consultant to provide an initial 6 week engagement of fact finding to assess the current state - Processes, platforms, date flows - ie scope out the current solution to determine whether it is fit for purpose. The output will be a document that shows the as is' IT Asset Management as well as the proposed/recommended to be solution.

Multiple end to end engagements of IT Asset Management solutions

Multiple engagements within IT Asset Management for Financial Service solutions

Multiple engagements as a senior Subject Matter Expert within IT Asset Management or Managing Consultant level.
