Description

1st/2nd line desktop support analyst

IT client is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with a minimum of 2 years' experience. The successful candidate will be tasked with working in a project environment with some BAU activities throughout the 3 month initial contract.

Key skills required:

  • Professional services experience.
  • Excellent Customer Service ethic.
  • Excellent technical support skills Windows 7, Office 2010.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

O365 experience is highly advantageous
