We are looking for a seasoned Senior Network Engineer well versed in the Nexus Product line, with a CCIE. You will be working out of the Denver Tech Center area, closely with the sales engineer and be able to go on-site when needed by customer. This is not an implementation type role, there is not a lof of hands on, but more of a consultant role where you could assess multiple solutions for a specific scenario and recommend the best option.
Required Experience:
- 10 years as a Cisco Network Engineer
- 4 years in depth, hands on experience with Cisco Nexus products
- CCIE
- Experience working with Sales Engineers to go to customer sites
- Heavy Data Center background experience
- L2 switching
- Unicast Routing (OSPF, IS-IS, BGP)
- L2 and L3 Multicast
- FabricPath
- VxLAN
- Architecture of NX-OS, Nexus 5500, Nexus 5600, Nexus 7000, Nexus 7700, Nexus 9000
