Okay, so, what I'm looking for is someone who can design something like these:

The three elements that my design should incorporate are 1) the name "HUBBA HUBBAZ", 2) a silhouette of a girl, 3) a neon design of Uncle Jesse from Full House.

I'd also like the letters "BYOLJS" to appear somewhere in the design, sort of as a footnote/smaller element.
That's really it. I'd love someone who can show me several design sketches so I can have options, then pick the best one for the final image.
I'm very prompt in my communication, and will do my best to work collaboratively with the right artist. I've hired plenty of freelancers on DeviantArt, and I've always had WONDERFUL experiences (save maybe one or two).
I pay promptly via Paypal, and am comfortable paying a deposit up from to the right artist, with the balance due on completion.
