We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company ?to support their project in Lebanon.

Position Title: Mirroring ports expert
Position Type: Contract

Responsibilities:
- Support customers to set-up mirroring ports on their mobile network and feed properly the probes
- Analyze and perform advanced troubleshooting in order to resolve customer incidents related to mirroring ports
- Be the main point of contact with mobile operators or vendors technical team to troubleshoot mirroring port configuration

Qualifications:
- Masters Degree level in Telecom, Computer/Networking Science or equivalent
- Expert in IT networks and router/switch configuration (Mirroring, SPAN port, Tapping (including vTAP), routing, firewall, TCP, UDP, VLAN…)
- Knowledges of multiples vendor equipment’s configuration (Ericsson MPBN, Huawei, CISCO, Gigamon, …)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in mirroring ports configuration in mobile telecommunications environment and international context
- Technical knowledge of 2G/3G/4G network architecture and main interfaces/protocols
- Customer oriented with good verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Travels on customer site for 1-2 weeks missions when needed
