Description

Aufgaben:

Currently we are looking for an Administration and Interface Manager (m/f) mainly working in Bratislava with several business trips to Germany.

Your tasks include:
+ Support to Site Manager and Project Manager
+ Liaison with Client and Slovak Authorities
+ Coordination of works related to temporary operation permit (TOP)
+ Coordination of interfaces with all local authorities (TISR, TÜV etc.) and Authority Engineering Contractor
+ Coordination of interfaces to the fire brigade during construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning
+ Coordination of interfaces to the Client´s Safety-Service Company during construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning regarding entry permits (Gate pass) for employees, Subcontractor-Employees and Equipment
+ Coordination of all interfaces to the management of the client and to all subsidiaries of the client which are involved in the project execution
+ procurement and maintenance of temporary site facilities
+ Coordination of IT- and other communication techniques
+ Preparation of maintenance contracts, service agreements
+ Handling of travel arrangements and accommodation for site staff
+ Handling of visa and work permits for staff out of EU
+ Handling timely payments and time sheets
+ Handling of commercial and contractual items linked to his tasks
+ Handling of cost control, cost forecast, cash flow etc.
+ Tracking of site access permits, material entry/exit permits
+ Recruitment of local personnel
