Hi there! We are an online shop and our products are made-to-order. Some of our products are handmade and we only start working on them once we receive an order. We also have multiple employees that fulfill orders and we are currently just using Google Sheets to keep track of orders. We transfer every single WooCommerce order details into a Google Sheets and every night and employees can choose which orders they want to fulfill. This can often lead to confusion and errors.So we’re looking for a custom ordering management system integrated right into WooCommerce, our employees will be able to login directly to our WordPress backend (with certain privileges disabled) and pick their orders.
