We are currently recruiting for RF Optimization Engineer to join their business in France.

Position Title: RF Optimization Engineer
Position Type: Contract (3 months rolling)

Responsibilities:
- In charge of 4G/3G/2G optimization technical support of the RAN swap
- Make delivery solution plan, final delivery quality and KPI acceptance
- All swap related activities which includes generating parameter scripts, single site verification, drive test analysis, generating cluster acceptance report, presenting it to the customer and getting the cluster acceptance approval from customer
- Working in a team with other RF RNO optimization Engineers
- Based on OSS counters, general optimization of swap process
- KPI monitoring during project, and network performance related issues troubleshooting
- Network initial tuning service delivery, network performance related issue handling, and to make a proper technical solution to ensure that the KPIs can reach at target.

Qualification
- 6 + years of experience in the 4G/3G/2G BSS Network Planning Optimization
- 3 + years of Nokia 4G/3G/2G experience
- Excellent NETACT knowledge and Nokia OSS management
- Excellent knowledge of usual performance management tools: SW suite required such as Mapinfo, Actix/Nemo and performance management data mining tools such as Metrica, Optima or equivalent
- Swap experience is required
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent GSM, UTRAN and eUTRAN E2E network skills
- Team working and Field operations skills
- Proficient with OSS performance management post-treatment layers concept such as Metrica, Optima or equivalent.
- Excellent experience of BSS/UTRAN protocols analysis
