Upon a customer placing an order, it doesn’t display the shipping the option they chose when the order is processing, however when the order is pending payment it will display the shipping option. Requirement: I would like the shipping option displayed for all orders (pending, processing, completed)

On the admin orders page, I would like the customers role displayed next to their name.
Eg: #3444 John Smith (Customer)
