C# Developer, Engineer, MVC, WebForms, XML
We are currently looking for a C# Developer/Engineer to join a multinational, financial organisation.
As the successful C# Developer/Engineer, you will be working in a project team that develops new web applications and maintains the current portfolio of developed applications.
Part of your job will be developing applications individually, including the whole development cycle with status updates, demos, testing and implementation as well as the management of expectations to stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact for the applications that you develop and the applications you work on during your assignment.
This is a replacement for a senior developer who has developed applications in the area of financial reporting and dividing of profit-and-loss account. Specific to these applications are the complex underlying calculations and usage of big data.
Your profile:
- Several years of C# development experience
- Likes to solve arithmetical puzzles, for example sorting out the difference in a calculation of accrued interest
- Has a keen eye on quality/testing
- Experience in implementing software design & patterns
- Experience in MSSQL, XML, C#, WebForms, MVC, AJAX, Entity Framework, IoC
- A good understanding of banking products is preferred
- Education HBO/WO (NL) or College (UK), preferably in Informat.
