SAP IT Architect with Retail #

Start Date: /Duration: 6-12 months (project length 24 months)
Role
We have a long term contract opportunity available for an experienced SAP IT Architect with retail experience to work for our client in Stockholm, Sweden.
Responsibilities:
- Secure the overall solution for all programs/projects utilizing the platform
- Use own knowledge/experience and problem solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action
- Assure performance in a growing usage of the new platforms (roll out and new initiatives)
- Work closely with Dev and IO department
- Drive rollout tasks and meetings
- Drive design Workshops and requirements with stakeholders
- Support and secure solution delivery with the PMO Architects, Functional Area Architect, Application Experts etc.
- Ensure cross-functional interaction with other stakeholders
- Participate in the feasibility study work for new initiatives (prepare/review comprehensive solution and estimate)
- Involve and inform the Functional Area Architect and Functional Area Responsible on relevant issues
Required skills/experience:
- SAP ECC for Retail
- Competent, conscientious and detailed-oriented SAP Architect with extensive knowledge and experience in different areas of SAP Platform
- Solid experience of the design, concepts, principles and configuration in SAP
- Inbound and outbound integration know-how regarding SAP ECC
- Handling large volumes of sales transactions
- Understanding technical architectural concepts
- Planning, installation & configuration of SAP systems in different combinations SAP R/3, BW, XI/PI, EP, ECC, SCM, SRM, CRM, MDM,
- Expertise in most versions of SAP components like R/3 3.1 to 4.7, Business Suites and NetWeaver (includes XI/PI, BI, EP, SCM, CRM, TREX, SRM, MDM, TDMS, Solution Manager 3 & RWD-uPerform, GRC, SAP Console, SAP Web-dispatcher), SAP NW Gateway 2.0Solution Manager, Net Weaver etc.
- Leading experience from other implementation/rollout projects
