- This position works under the general direction of the US Talent Acquisition Manager. This person will partner with operating group management to provide comprehensive recruiting services for professional level positions. This person will lead the recruitment and selection process, including ensuring all job requirements, company policies and affirmative action guidelines are met.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a recruiter.
- Experience working as a corporate recruiter is required
- Experience recruiting engineering discipline desired
- Well developed interpersonal skills to influence others and represent positively in various settings inside and outside the organization
- Well developed communication (verbal and written) skills
- Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques
- Experience working with Taleo or similar Applicant Tracking System
- Experience in marketing, consulting or as an account representative is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related area preferred

- Full life cycle recruitment experience required, including: Requirements gathering, sourcing candidates and extending offers
