Responsibilities:
- CCR agents receive various technical requests from the customers through different channels (phone, mail or website - eCare and iCare platform).
- Main responsibilities: create the problem ticket, dispatch the problem ticket to corresponding engineer (team) based on the product line and network element type; ensure the cases are raised within SLA and that entitlement check is performed. In emergency cases, TAC / local support engineers are notified.
Skills:
- Strong, motivated, responsible and solution focused.
- Customer focused and excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work on shifts.
- Good level of English and German.
