Business Analyst,
( BA, Agile, Analysis, PCI, Financial, Payments, IT )
A leading technology company who specialise in payments are searching for an experienced Business Analyst to Assist with the daily operations and general administrative support for the assigned business unit. The Business Analyst will coordinate the business support functions for a division or department and maintain the information delivery systems for operational performance programs, status monitoring/reporting, and resource planning.
Major Accountabilities:
Act as key contact to review, record, disperse and track candidate estimates in Changepoint for assigned teams.
Identify and develop plans/processes for projecting hours and participation on new projects for assigned teams.
Provide recurring financial and administrative reports to include budget tracking and variance analysis, and respond to ad-hoc requests for information by developing new processes/reports.
Participate and monitor processes for numerous data collection efforts.
Develop, implement, and maintain departmental and divisional performance metrics reports and dashboards.
Design and develop reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
Provide business knowledge and statistical support for monthly performance reports and assist in trending analysis.
Ensure the timely and accurate performance communications.
May develop and prepare customer SLA documents.
Essential Skills:
Basic business knowledge.
1 to 3 years of experience compiling statistics and preparing performance and other financially oriented reports.
Thorough knowledge in the Business and Product Support field.;
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong PC skills that include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
Ability to identify and combine a variety of resource materials into a final document.
Extensive BA experience with knowledge of working within an Agile environment
