Test Manager (IPCC/Telephony)
Test Manager (IPCC/Telephony): Test Manager (IPCC/Telephony) is urgently needed for a long term contract with a large global company in Dublin.
Role: Test Manager - IPCC/Telephony
Location: Dublin
Duration: 8 months - Start date is immediate
Key Skills
Technical/telephony background IPT/IPCC Transformation & Transition (Functional & Non-functional)
Very strong supplier management skills
Excellent communication skills/customer facing - ideally within banking sector
Essential Application knowledge (Genesys, Verint, etc.)
Production of test strategy, plans, specs, reports from scratch
Strong analysis and test script/execution experience
Good experience of delivering projects using appropriate tooling eg HP QC/HP ALM
Qualifications (minimum):
PRINCE II Practitioner
ISTQB Advanced Test Manager
ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst
