Dynamics AX Trainer/Training Consultant - AX2012 - Suopply Chain, Planning & Maintenance
As a key part of this global Dynamics AX2012 project team your role will be to deliver Dynamics AX training content to site staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the Training Manager in the development of the ERP training Strategy
- Support the Training Manager in the development of the Training User Needs Analysis (TUNA) approach to be adopted for Dynamocs AX ERP training
- Support the Training Manager in the design, development and maintenance of ERP training courses
- Design, develop and maintain the ERP Training Course content and material eg Training Materials, Desk Instructions, FAQ's
- Support the Training Manager in the design, development and maintenance of the Training feedback analysis process
- Delivery of Training Courses and content
- Support the Training Manager in the design, development and maintenance of the ERP training portal
- + years of work experience in the design and delivery of ERP training material and conducting trainings
- You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the design and delivery of ERP training material, with extensive Dynamics AX experience.
