Job Description for JIRA Consultant:
Expert in JIRA and confluence architecture.
Experience in consulting with JIRA and confluence advance features, Customization beyond client expectations.
Should be expert and able to lead in Infra Structure, Migrations projects.
Advice on new useful plug-ins and show Demo's to customer on the benefits and feasibility of new plug-ins.
Experience in Upgrades, Security layer handling and general housekeeping activities to lead on automating scheduled/cleansing jobs.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in Server administration (Incl. Search Indexing, Support Teams (Contacts & Escalation), JIRA performance issues, Network issue, Infra monitoring)
Advice Architectural changes if required.
