Description
`A successful Agile Coach is required on a contract basis for a highly respectable Insurance Company in the London area of the UK.
The company are regarded as one of the best companies who provide technology solutions into the Insurance domain. This is a 3 Month contract to start with a potential option to extend.
As an Agile Coach, you must be able to demonstrate where you have worked closely with teams to ensure they are practicing Agile methodologies and company values. You will ensure that each team is upholding agile mind-set, team and process dynamics and ensuring that the team delivers consistently on a daily basis at the highest possible level.
Day to day responsibilities of a Senior Infrastructure Engineer:-
- On a daily basis, you will be an Agile Coaching, however, when required you will be delivering Scrum Master and Delivery Lead duties.
- You will be leading and coaching your teams on the Agile Framework and facilitate in Ad Hoc meetings.
- You will support Product Owners, Testers and Developers.
- Facilitate the removal of issues, risks, dependencies, blockers and impediments.
