Jr Project Coordinator
Description:
The primary function of this job is to provide analytical support to the HealthConnect User Provisioning team, including ensuring compliance with departmental policies and processes.
The duties and responsibilities of this job include:

Customer service

closely directed research and analysis
Other administrative or operational support efforts of the assigned business unit.
Top Daily Responsibilities:

Performs routine analysis, which includes application of compliance rules and regulations outlined in various reference documents, to requests received via Remedy system.

Assists the assigned business unit by communicating with end users and requestors by written or verbal communication

Provide Customer Service

Document status of requests and actions taken and to be taken
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED required, AA or BA/BS preferred.

3 years of relevant experience

Good verbal and written communication skills

Detail Oriented
-
Ability to work with email system (we use Lotus Notes)

Proficient with MSOffice, including but not limited to Excel and Word, and the ability to learn additional systems, including but not limited to, web based Remedy system.
