BSS Business AnalystManning Global is recruiting an BSS Business Analyst for our client, a global leading telecommunication company, to be based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Position Title: BSS Business Analyst
Position Type: 3 months rolling contract
Start Date: March 2017

Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in detailing the business processes and clarifying customer requirements.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements
- Update the Business Processes defined during HLS
- Update the Enterprise Architect (EA) model
- Responsible for identification and first assessment
- Guides customers' commercial requirements and breaks down the requirements into a language understood by our employees through business process definition activities, guides and meets the requirements through the best practice of OOTB
- Provides input for technical and service solutions, and verifies and confirms solution implementation effects from a business perspective during the project implementation process.
- Based on AS-IS provided by customers, identify and understand customer's commercial value, business processes, and business scenarios, and form TO-BE processes and scenarios.
- Organize and manage business process definition activities in projects.
Skills:
- Familiar with the BSS systems of Bulgaria Telco’s (e.g. MTEL) are highly preferred.
- Business analyst experience, 7+ years.
- Experience in modelling business requirements and end to end processes using enterprise modeling tools.
- Fluency in English.
