Roc Search is currently recruiting for a telecom support to work for a reputable client of mine based in Eindhoven for a contract opportunity.

Below are Roles and Responsibilities followed by pre-requisites.
Needs to have proper understanding of Telecom services, circuits and enterprise PBX systems (Legacy and VoIP)Needs to coordinate with carriers to understand current invoices and validate all monthly chargesAddress any telecom related issues raised by the end users.Understand the customer telephony requirements and propose the optimal solutions accordingly.Monitor and track the utilization of PRI circuits/SIP trunks at all the sites in the region.Person must:
Prior experience with Carrier management on an account level.Hands-on experience in Legacy and VoIP PBX systems.Good understanding of Telecom. Preferably a CCNA or CCNP Voice. But not a must.Demonstrate the proper Excel skills to organize the different invoices, balances, expiration dates, etc.Ability to communicate to the proper level with carriers to understand specific chargesApply now for immediate consideration.
