NextLink is a SAP Service Company created in 1996. Through our offices in London, Lausanne, Basel, London, Barcelona and Bangalore we support around 60 big companies in implementing SAP based solutions.
We are currently looking for an IT Sourcing Procurement Specialist to support the team for the IT Procurement Activities.

- Procurement Activities
- End to end procurement cycle
- Various outcome as per IT/governance
MUST HAVES:
- 5-8 years of experience in IT Outsourcing, focused in IT services and solutions [not hardware], and ideally digitalization/digital transformation.
- Ability to create complex global contracts.
- Proven Vendor Management skills.
- Strong experience throughout the sourcing life cycle including strategy development for sourcing, RFP, evaluations, contract negotiation (global level).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in International Sourcing experience.
- Expertise in Outsourcing and Stakeholder management.
- Good using of SharePoint, MS Suite (especially Excel)
- Familiarized with dealing with multiple departments and internal projects, and multicultural, multinational, and large global engagements.
- Very organized and structured approach.
- Reliable and working autonomously
- Capacity to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality deliverable.
- Resistant under pressure.
- Analytical and business driven reporting capabilities.
- High interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (both written & spoken), any additional language is a plus.
