We need a WordPress based LMS/Elearning (thinking about using Sensi – looks good, but open to suggestions if other LMS/Elearning plugins are better fit for purpose), and any other 3rd party plugins which are necessary – I don’t necessarily need something created bespoke, unless it’s the best option. Trying to keep costs down as much as possible.
We are providing online training for a basic piece of software, for staff to use, and want to provide training online. All learner accounts will be managed by our care team, so learners will not be able to sign up themselves or take courses on their own accord currently, and we don’t need any sort of payment gateway integrated either – very basic from this point of view.
Due to privacy, we wish to limit time spent on lessons to 1 hour. This means, that after a learner clicks on the lesson, they have up to 1 hour before the lesson is revoked from their account, and they need to call our support desk to be re-allowed to look at the lesson and granted another hour.
All of the lessons will be video based, with a short paragraph or two of text to support the video. We need the visual layout to reflect this.
Some lessons will have the option to complete a short assessment, but this should be optional.
