Type: 6 Month Contract
Location: Dublin
Salary: £450 per day
Our client a fortune 13 telecommunications company with circa 170,000 employees worldwide, delivering products primarily in the United States and building the networks of the future is urgently looking to expand their Dublin team.
Responsibilities for the Category Sourcing Expert will include (but not limited to):
Manage the company's supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending
Assist CSM's in generating and implementing efficient sourcing and category management strategies to secure profitable deals
Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes
Ability to develop strong partnership relationships with business peers and clients
Time driven project management approach to projects in a cross functional environment
Experience required for the successful Category Sourcing Expert are as follows:
Proven history of successful contract management/agreement/negotiation/savings and value add
Strong project management and leadership skills
Must have experience in Telecoms sourcing
Operate with internal & external stakeholders in a Matrix environment
CIPS or IIPMM qualified
