Description
UCC Exchange:
- Experience with Exchange in a large (5000 user) enterprise environment
- Experience implementing and managing Microsoft Exchange 2013 Servers
- Experience with IIS, Active Directory, DNS, Message Trace Tools, MX and SPF Records, Block Lists, SPAM, email filtering and virus protection
- Demonstrates specific knowledge of networking fundamentals as it relates to Exchange
- Ability to serve as a project lead for tasks/projects associated with Exchange.
- Preferred certifications but not mandatory - MCSA, MCSE (current release), MCTS or MCITP Exchange and Lync
- Should have a strong understanding of ITIL concepts. Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Working knowledge of enterprise messaging administrative concepts (installation, disaster recovery process, database utilities, public folder replication, FSMO role holders and OWA and Front End/Back End knowledge)
- Expertise with Microsoft Windows client, Windows Server, Mobile device technologies
- Experience with and understanding of mail transport fundamentals (POP/IMAP/SMPT)
- Strong background in networking is required
- Should be comfortable working with a team with a diverse skill set, location and culture across different countries.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
