Tax Accountant - German
A Global leader in IT security and information management have an opening for a German speaking Tax Accountant, qualified as a Certified Accountant or as a Certified Tax specialist. Initially on a 10-month contract, the successful candidate will be responsible for accounts preparation for German tax compliance.

Role Requires:
- Successfully completed qualification as Certified Accountant (IHK/Bilanzbuchhalter) or as Certified Tax specialist (Steuerberaterkammer/Steuerfachwirt).
- Advanced Oracle knowledge.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Strong IT data extraction and presentation skills.
- At least 5 years' experience in German bookkeeping.
- Tax Audit experience.
The Job:
- Support a Wage Tax audit.
- Prepare the financial bookkeeping in relation to German commercial Code ("HGB") and to the German tax provisions on a timely basis from US-GAAP.
- Source supplementary data sales and marketing to gather additional records to support taxation position.
- Deliver GPDU data outputs for authority.
