Description

Datacenter IT Delivery Engineer

To offer technical service to both Pre-sales and Post sales business to Partner or Customer on Huawei Application & Software products, which include Intelligent Network, Messaging Services, Mobile Data Services or other Telecom Software Products You will be supporting our customers in all technical aspects and improve the relationship to our main Service Provider accounts in European marketing.

Responsibilities:

1) Engineering support

Supervising project engineering process, including kick-off meeting, hardware and software supervision, acceptance test.

Onsite support for site survey, installation or commissioning when necessary.

Interface with engineering partner to locate technical problems that may arise during the engineering process.

VABF/VSR/Babysitting Support

2) Pre-sales support

Pre-sales testing support, holding workshops with customer or partner on technical issues.

Bidding support on technical and engineering related part.

Follow up issues that may arise during testing/workshop/bidding activities.

Qualifications:

Essential knowledge/skills:

Being versed in at least one of the operating systems (Linux, UNIX, NT/2000) and mainstream database (Oracle)

Being versed protocols such as SS7, TCP/IP, Diameter, Routers and switch product.

Proven ability to diagnose and localize issues using logical analysis techniques.

Ability to understand the commercial environment whilst focusing on technical issues.

Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries, and operate successfully in an intense business environment.

Ability to work with customers, internal business unit organizations, and third party vendors.

Ability to perform job functions to standards under pressure of tense/confrontational situations.

Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult customers and/or situations.

Ability to provide concise and clear, written and verbal reports.

good at French & English spoken, reading and written

Essential experience:

With experience working on telecom IN field will be priority.

Proven ability to interact with diverse customers in a multi-cultural environment.

Proven ability to communicate in English with customers and colleagues to their understanding.
