IT ConsultantOur client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for an IT Consultant to join their business in the United Kingdom.
Position Title: IT Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Duration: 3 months rolling

Responsibilities:
- Analyze UK & Ireland IT market in DC consolidation, public/private cloud building, ITO, IT System Integration area and identify opportunities both in carrier and big company market
- Engaged with customers to understand their pain point and provide professional suggestion and convince customers
- Involved into bidding and be responsible for legacy investigation, high level solution design, solution presentation and clarification
- During delivery, take system architect role and be responsible for system architecture design, 3 rd party integration solution plan and design, support deployment and acceptance
Qualifications:
- Wide knowledge in IT hardware and software product, such as: Unix/X86 server/storage (IBM/HP/SUN/…); Network and security (switcher, router, firewall); Operation system (Unix, Linux); Cloud OS (VMware, Citrix)
- Over 10 years IT project experience, especially in following area:
-- Data center / Cloud system integration
-- Application and data migration
-- IT infrastructure outsourcing
- Experience in Google/Microsoft data center is preferred
- Team working, self-motivated and flexible on frequent business travels within UK & Ireland
- Fluent English and excellent presentation skills
