Alcatel Omni PCX - Engineer
Our client is looking to move from Alcatel to a Mitel solution.
- Alcatel Omni Pcx with management interface omnivista 4760
- The customer has 2 appliances with a media gateway on each site
- 2500 to 3000 users
- Terminals: 4028, 4068 and 4068 extended edition
- No contact center - just an attendant console for receptionist
- Mail Box system
- Recording: ASC
- Integration with Active Directory
- Linked to an Etrali platform located at the customer
- The system resides on the customer 's LAN
- Citrix environment
Remote connections are not allowed hence all Interventions should be done onsite.
So we are looking for somebody to provide onsite support for the Alcatel piece for at least 6 months.
- Incidents: Hand and Eyes, testing, checks etc.
- MACs
- Some decommissioning during migration
