Description
We require a Spanish speaking PMO Analyst in Buckinghamshire; supporting governance, reporting and helpdesk functions for the company.
You will provide different governance and support activities for the stakeholders within the company. Use of different systems/tools to get and update the data. To run a defined process of checking project funding approvals and data consistency before project's kick off phase. To provide supports on some internal management tools, deal with incidents. Engage with counterparts in Spain.
Customer focused with proactive attitude, always striving to provide the best service and ways to improve process. Flexible, professional and keen. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. With an eye for detail ensuring quality at all times whilst working to tight deadlines. Working within a Finance background essential providing good solid finance support.
Excel skills for pivot tables, v lookups, sorting, filtering are essential and will be tested. Understanding finances of the project.
You must speak fluent Spanish for this role.
