Description
Seeking an experienced, highly motivated self-starter to facilitate broad spectrum of grant related functionsfor non-profit organization in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Individuals who are familiar with the preparation and filing of New York City and New York State RFPs preferred. Flexible schedule and ability to work remotely. Temporary at 35 hours per week from March to June 2017; possibility for permanent placement.Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate, manage, and see to completion grant applications and reports
- Write and edit drafts of grants
- Prepare budgets and supplementary grant materials with the partnership of the ED
- Engage in research and following up with potential new funding streams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
- Flexible and intuitive working style
