*SAP FICO Project Manager*
For our international end client based in Sweden, RED is currently looking for a SAP FICO Project Manager to join their roll-out project.
The position as roll-out coordinator is placed in the functional area Accounting & Controlling in the Business Support Functions division. The functional area is a part of the program which is a business change initiative to implement the SAP solution.
One of the deliveries in Accounting & Controlling is the roll-out the solution for sales, logistics and finance where the financial processes for commercial goods are integrated with the sales and logistics flows.
It is in this delivery where we are now looking for a roll-out coordinator to manage several parallel roll-out projects for accounting and controlling parts
Initially you will also take the role as roll-out responsible for a specific project.
Roll-out coordinator:
Coordination of the overall delivery of Accounting and controlling IT part in the different roll-out projects for the logistic solution within the program.
Overall responsible for the roll-out of the solution for sales, logistics and finance within Accounting & Controlling IT
Plan and mobilize for future roll-outs
Plan, support and follow-up ongoing roll-outs
Staffing and information sharing within the team
Coordinate ways of working in the roll-outs
Financial management and reporting
Roll-out responsible:
Plan, execute and monitor a roll-out project as well as ensuring business change activities together with the local business project manager/coordinator
Create and execute the market roll-out plan
Facilitate fit/gap workshops and secure understanding of solution proposals according to gaps
Coordinate and assure resources and performance in tests
Ensure development progress according to plan
Responsible for setting up local business cutover plan
Ensure that needed business deliveries are made according to plan
Perform lessons learned and close the project
Specific competence
Experienced project manager with good people skills
Qualifying with more than five years of experience of design, configuration, concepts and principles within the SAP FI/CO Module with good knowledge of SD/MM integrations
Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
Being a team player with good abilities to work individually
Tools competence
