Proteus Europe is searching for a French and Dutch speaking Support Engineer for a 48 month contract role based in Brussels, Belgium.Our Client :-
Our client is an international consultancy with a reputation for delivering on projects with their consultancy customers. You will join and be part of their team to ensure this current project is a complete success.
Your New role :-
For Service Desk User Support, our client is searching for an SLM Desk agent to work in successive shifts (2 x 8 - 5d).
This person will be responsible for taking user calls reporting an incident and / or handling ICT requests . It will also have to follow up the tickets and contact the different resolution teams so that the tickets are resolved within the agreed times. It should be noted that I-ICT supports office (PC, Office, ...) and telephony solutions.
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
- Be able to do the initial steps of a basic diagnosis for a connectivity problem.
- Be familiar with a ticketing tool like HP Service manager 7
- Desktop management and IP diagnostics
- Active bilingual (NL / FR)
- Windows 7 Active directory -
Desirable Skills :-
- Communicating in writing
- Communicate orally
