Description
WordPress site currently uses ‘CMS Members’ plugin (details below), a no-longer supported plugin that sells 1 year memberships via paypal and restricts WordPress content according to membership levels. Currently approx 600 members. It’s currently struggling to activate members after successful payments.Looking for quotes on installing a replacement membership system and migrating current users (and their plans, expiry dates, custom fields etc) to the new system.

Just insert your text in these tags:
1) [onlymembers]: means only registerd members can see the text e.g. [onlymembers]Something for members[/onlymembers]

Yes, CMS Members uses standard WP APIs so you can easily use WP settings or other membership plugins. For example you can define default role in WP options page or manage members in standard users page or use other membership plugins.
We suggest using theme my login plugin with CMS Members.

Note: Every member will see only his/her own pages. Non-members can not see anything!

Simply add values to URL for example:

== How can I enable PayPal and recurring payment?==
You should have a bussiness or premium PayPal account. Customers should have a verified account.
To enable PayPal simply go to CMS Members options page, enter you PayPal address and set PayPal mode to Live.
If you want recurring payment check out the box you can also define trial period (optional) please note recurring payment period is the same plan duration.
We recommand using test mode(Sandbox) before starting the business.
= How can I enable Pay Per Post?
Simply enter price in add new post.
Users that can’t see full text will see a buy now button allows them to buy it using their deposited funds.

While doing the installation procedure, it is recommended to go through all the steps first before viewing the output. If you don’t, you’ll get nasty error messages.
1. Upload `cms-members` directory into the `/wp-content/plugins` directory

If your directory has a version number (e.g. cms-members.16) please remove digits and dot first.
3. To use with BuddyPress, go to BP directory open bp-core.php on line 55 change ‘register’ to something else e.g. join,signup-now,etc (But NOT signup and register)

To upgrade CMS Members simply delete old files and then install new version.
IMPORTANT: Do not forget to take a database backup first.
