On behalf of one of our clients, a financial institution located in Luxembourg, we are looking for external support with skills and abilities as stated below:
Analyst Operational Performance (female/male)
Field of activity
The Analyst Operational Excellence is responsible to drive analytical insights of the Area, building a Process House and measure process performance and complexity. The Analyst will be part of a project driving Business Process and Lean Management excellence across the organization. This role partners with business leaders who ultimately own mainly administrative processes to help measure performance and design, implement and continually seek out process improvements. The Analyst Operational Excellence will also initiate process improvements by identifying potential areas of improvement based on quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Tasks/responsibilities
- Design a Process House capturing the processes of the Area, gather and quality-assure data input from the service lines of the Area
- Identify potential areas of improvement based on quantitative and qualitative analyses of the Process House
- Supports projects to develop lean process and organization
- Define requirements an reportings and dash boards to continuously monitor operational performance
- Prepare presentations and decision requests
Qualifications/required skills
- University degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of related business experience
- Proven track record and success in measuring process performance ideally of service/administrative organizations
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to analyze and document business requirements to support the development of process and technology solutions (eg. reportings and dashboards)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in German and English is a must)
- Ability to communicate effectively on different levels within the organization
- Good team-working, conflict management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, accurately and timely and to prioritize
- Fluent in English and German
